What We Accept
Out-of-Network Dental Insurance We proudly accept most dental insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. We are credentialed with several insurance companies, so this often gives you the freedom to choose our practice while still receiving benefits from your plan.
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Use your pre-tax FSA dollars for dental treatments, maximizing your healthcare savings.
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) – HSA funds can be used for qualifying dental procedures, providing tax-advantaged payment options.
• Medicare Programs
What We Don’t Accept
Medicaid – We do not participate in Medicaid programs, allowing us to focus on providing personalized, comprehensive care without insurance restrictions.
Flexible Payment Plans CareCredit and Cherry financing have flexible options:
Cash Discounts – Special pricing available for patients paying in full at the time of service for qualifying treatments.
Treatment Prioritization – We’ll help you prioritize treatments based on urgency and budget, allowing you to address the most important needs first.
Your initial appointment usually will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
X-Rays
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional X-rays are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
We’re committed to helping you get the dental care you need with payment options that work for your budget. Our experienced team will explain all your options clearly and help you make the best decision for your oral health and financial situation.
